These terms apply to registration for events organised by Malayath Magic Circle – Nilambur (“we”, “us”, “the organisers”), including the First Vazhakunnam Magic Conclave on 8 & 9 February 2027. By registering and paying, you agree to them.
1. About us
Malayath Magic Circle – Nilambur is a not-for-profit community of magicians and magic enthusiasts based in Nilambur, Kerala, India. Contact: +91 98959 63377, malayathmagiccircle@gmail.com.
2. Registration
- Registration is done on WhatsApp at +91 98959 63377 and is confirmed when payment is received and a registration ID (for example VMC27-0001) is sent to you.
- You must give correct details (name, email, phone, city and the other details asked). We may cancel a registration that has false or incomplete information.
- Delegate registration is for the named person only. The registration ID or badge may not be transferred to another person without the organisers' written permission.
- A spouse or assistant add-on admits the person named for that add-on.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees are as shown on our website at the time of registration (Early Bird, Standard and Late rates apply by date) and are in Indian Rupees.
- Payments are processed online by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your registration is not complete until the payment is successful and you receive your registration ID.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. At the event
- Carry your registration ID and a photo ID. Please follow the instructions of the organisers and the venue.
- Conduct yourself with respect towards other participants, performers, dealers and guests. We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe or abusive manner, without refund.
- Photographs and videos may be taken at the event and used to report and promote the event.
- Dealers must display and sell only lawful goods and follow the stall rules shared by the organisers.
6. Changes to the event
We may change the programme, timings, speakers or performers where needed. If the event is cancelled by us, the refund terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in running the event, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or belongings during the event, or for events outside our control (for example weather, government orders or venue issues).

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
